General sales conditions:
In accordance with standard practices, every confirmed reservation must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 25% of its cost. This deposit is only refunded if the reservation is used as agreed. If arrival is late, departure early or the number of people less than the initial reservation, no refund will be made and the client must pay the full cost of the stay.
Bedrooms will be available as early as possible on the day of arrival but cannot be guaranteed before 16:00. Bedrooms must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
